I like honey...so much. I had consumed some brands and names of honey; from various countries including Malaysia. Some of them were "Madu Khaula" from Iran and "As-Shifa" from Saudi Arabia. But I like honey from Yaman "Madu Sidir"; the most expensive yet the best honey in the world. I bought it with RM155 for 450gm.
For me, consuming this honey (Madu Sidir as-Syifa') is better than taking any other food supplements. I have taken many kinds of food and beverage supplements such as BYoung (about RM800 for non-member of Zhulian), IGG milk, Fish oil, anti-oxidant tablets and many more from cheap to expensive one.
